I was born in a little town named “Nantua”, near Lyon in France. The fifth of six girls!!!

My dad, Pierre, was a French man from the region of Beaujolais, with blonde wavy hair, a red beard and gentle green eyes.

My mum, Thi Xit, also called Hien, was a “White Tay” hill tribe lady (also known as Tho) from Langson in the mountains of North Vietnam, that are home to a large number of ethnic groups, all of them originating from southern China.

The Tay are Vietnam’s largest minority group living in the highlands, with an estimated population of 1.2 million, concentrated in the northeast, from the Red River Valley east to the coastal plain, where they settled over 2000 years ago.

With a French dad and an Asian mum, I am a bridge between the East and the West…

I grew up in the part of the village reserved to the immigrants , ethnic people, such as Italians, Spanish, Arabs…etc… that was called “the negro quarter”.

I was very young and my first calling to paint was inspired by going to church, as during the mass celebration, I was in awe looking up to the cathedral ceiling, admiring mystical religious paintings.

I became passionate with perfecting my drawing.

In 1974 I had a terrible motorbike accident in which I lost a dearly loved One. For the following 3 years, I entered the dark night of the soul. But it is the dark night of the soul that brought me to find a art/healing path. I woke up one day seeking a reconnection with soul, I was yearning to communicate my experiences and I felt compelled to make drawings and paintings to help me to express and release deep feelings.

I am a Self-taught painter , and first started with drawing, using mainly charcoal.

I believe that we are eternal learners and that with regular practice we continue to improve our knowledge.

I have never been in an Art School, instead my father guided me to a career in industrial design, specialized in Micro-Mechanics…at least my love for details was satisfied…

From the age of 23, I travelled thru many countries ,  Europe, Pakistan, Afganistan, India, Nepal, Thailand, South America and others… I gained a much needed understanding of my Self, and I started to believe in this world, in this life, in Me.

A time of Divine connection indeed!

For a period of time, I followed an Astrologer/Yoga teacher who definitively helped me  for the first time to spread my wings and walk my spiritual journey. He educated and guided me in many ways, but mostly he taught me the foundations of Astrology and how to use this tool to better understand the relationship of self, others and the universe.

In 1982 I got married, and I continued to travel with my husband, and later with our 2 sons.

In 1989, we emigrated to Australia.

In 1992, we opened ” Le Resto”, a French restaurant in Brisbane, which became during 7 years my personal gallery, as I used its walls to display my paintings.

In 1994, I completed successfully a 2years Diploma in astrology with the FAA in Brisbane Queensland.

From there I did 2 years studies in Psychological & Medical Astrology, and started to work as a professional astrologer.

In the following years, I also studied the Bach Flower Remedies, Reiki level 1&2, Kahuna-Lomi Lomi Massage and finally Counselling.

My next goal is to earn a degree in art therapy. This will be a way to merge my interests in art, healing, the holistic arts, dreams, astrology, and primarily my desire to help people to achieve a more balanced and authentic selfhood.

In 1999, I moved to the Sunshine Coast and since 2005 I live on my own, settled in the beautiful  hinterland of Noosa,  in a little village named Cooran, which means “tall trees” in the Aboriginal language.

I really think that I have found my “ Paradise”, surrounded by these magical “Tall Trees”, only 30 minutes away from the sea….

My Art is a language, in which I converse with spirit, the world and myself.

It is a journey that is endless, one that is leading me to the awakening of my full potential. My visions are to be shared, to touch and inspire as many human beings as possible, and to awaken them to their inherent right to be creators of their lives and the world around us, to be in loving connection with their Selves within.

By following the line of the brush, I am dedicated to the vastness of the Feeling world – on a Quest to discover new and grand territories, with the path ahead full of wonderful & amazing surprises!

I paint to express my deep Self, and to lay down on the canvas its reflection, using mediums as acrylic, oil paints and pastels…and more to learn…

I am in private practice at home in Cooran, and I also mobile my services all around the Sunshine Coast.
