Tidy Songs the most unreal iTunes clean up software

From every need there comes a solution to solve or met the need.... I needed to clean up my music on my iTunes and after trying this and that I came across Tidy Songs first a little sceptic at the claims of Tidy Songs I thought I,d give it a go as it was free to try.
Well I,m the guy that does not buy software if I can somehow get enough different free demos to do the job but Tidy Songs had me one over in in just a few mouse clicks..
What can it do
- It removes duplicate songs from you iTunes
- Fixes misspelled song details
- Fills in missing data like artist, genre, year
- Adds missing Album art
- All Automatic no messing around
Well I tried it and found it was about 90% right so with my music library of about 6000 songs it fixed most and removed about 300 double ups... sweeeeeet as so now i found how to manually use Tidy Songs to make the process of tiding up the tracks so easy and quick.
With the easy to use software you can tidy you iTunes up in no time at all make you itunes look sweet with all original album covers.
So because I liked it so much I wanted to buy it asap .... I pressed the buy button and saw it had a place to add a discount code so I searched the web finding anything from a $7 discount to a discount giving me half price.. now we are talking a great software at a stolen price and all legal :) that rocks. Well it took me about 2 hours to find a code that was still available but hey I would have paid full price but I love a challenge!!! even at the original price $39 US it is a real steal....
A small tutorial.....
Ok getting started.
Start your copy of tidysongs this should look like the image below
This will bring you to the Main Menu where you can select what you would like to do.... Please make sure iTunes is on but not playing!!!
First lets take a look at Album art so select "Add Album art" this will take you to the next window where you can select between Automatic and Manual (One by One ) also you can select the play list you wish to Fix up.....
I selected fix Playlist "Puddle of Mudd" then I selected One by One......
By pressing the "ADD" Button this will like it says add the artwork to your iTunes.... You can go through and do this for all songs in a play list. Once you have done all the songs in a play list you will see the following window in tidysongs.
You will now be back at the main menu now lets try to fix songs not just art work. For this I stuffed up some of the song details so you can see what tidysongs really can do. I again selected Puddle of MUDD to fix..
This is the result I got from running the fix on Puddle of Mudd. As you can see the Tittle and Artist are all mixed up thus tidysongs shows 48% accurate but after I correct these 2 errors I get a very different result..
After corrections. I liked this so I pressed FIX
If you do not like the artwork and have a better one you can copy and paste the link in the Select box under the Artwork tittle.
Tidysongs truly is that simple and you can let it do all this Automatically, you can even give it a minimum % that it needs to e sure is correct. Well I am more than impressed with this great software so I asked Kelly if it was OK that I bloged about it and she was more than cool with it....
